Exchange & Return Policy

At To Ann, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products, backed by a stringent quality check process. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate an exchange.

Important Notice:

Living collection: No exchange or return is applicable unless the product is received unused, in its packaging with tags intact.

Conditions for Exchange & Return:

Notification: For any exchange, you must inform us within 5 days of delivery.

Time Frame: We accept exchange requests or return requests within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse the product if it is received damaged, used, without its original tags & packaging or outside the time limit.

Customer Responsibility: The cost of return or exchange (if applicable) is to be borne by the customer. We advise checking our size guide carefully before placing an order. For any size-related assistance, feel free to email us at studiotoann@gmail.com

Product Condition: All items must be returned in unworn condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items that appear used or damaged by the customer.

One-Time Exchange: Only one exchange is allowed per order and must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 12-14 business days.

Return Shipping: To Ann, is not responsible for the loss of returned items.

International Orders: Exchanges and returns are not applicable on international purchases.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, a credit note can be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance (excluding shipping charges).

Faulty Products/Wrong Orders: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, To Ann will bear all return/exchange shipping costs. If our logistics provider operates in your area, we will arrange a pick-up. If not, the customer is required to ship the product back, and we will reimburse the shipping cost within 7 working days.
