Additionally, we do not collect your banking details, credit card numbers, or any payment information during transactions made through our payment gateway.

REFUND POLICY – FAULTY PRODUCTS

We strive to present our items as accurately as possible. However, because all To Ann, products are handcrafted, variations in color, size, thickness, shape, and appearance may occur, especially with handloom fabrics and small batch production. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return.

Wash care instructions are provided as general guidelines, and variations in garment measurements (up to two inches) may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

We consider items faulty only if they are torn or have broken stitches. Claims for faulty products will be assessed after we receive and examine the returned item. If deemed faulty, we will refund the product cost along with the shipping charges for returning the product, based on the courier receipt. If the claim is rejected, the customer is responsible for any custom duties paid and must arrange pickup of the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY TO ANN,

In rare cases, we may need to cancel orders due to unavoidable circumstances, such as delivery suspensions, product limitations, or pricing errors. If any part of your order is canceled, we will notify you. In the event that payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
